It is intentionally simple: choose a start date, watch your harm-free time grow, keep your longest streak, and restart without shame if the streak breaks. Discreet wording helps the app feel safer to open around other people.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION:
• There is no free trial; billing begins when the subscription is confirmed
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
