- Ask Moon is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- The responses generated are based on astrological concepts and AI interpretation. They should not be relied upon for making important life decisions.
- Always consult qualified professionals for matters related to your health, mental well-being, legal issues, or finances.
Subscription Terms
- Ask Moon offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to the app's features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
- Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one trial per Apple ID.
Usage Limits
- Users are limited to one question per calendar day.
- This limit resets at midnight in your local timezone.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your profile for proper personalization.
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
- Not use the app to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of Ask Moon are owned by Hatching Point LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Ask Moon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

- The app will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatching Point LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ask Moon.
