Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bantry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Bantry is a social skills training application that helps users improve conversation abilities through:

• Micro-drills and exercises
• AI-powered conversation practice
• Real-world challenges
• Progress tracking

Subscriptions

• Pricing: Bantry offers subscription plans for premium features. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the App Store. We cannot process refunds directly.

AI Features

• AI conversation practice is provided for educational purposes only
• AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Do not share sensitive personal information, financial details, or confidential data in AI conversations
• AI personas are fictional and do not represent real people

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The app, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Hatching Point and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bantry is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that the app will:

• Meet your specific requirements
• Be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Produce any particular results

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatching Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, personal injury, or property damage arising out of or related to your use of Bantry.

Results Disclaimer

Bantry is designed to help users practice and improve social skills. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes
• The app is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Bantry (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
