By downloading, installing, or using Caffeine Rhythm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Caffeine Rhythm lets you log drinks, monitor current caffeine levels, and view metabolism projections so you can make informed choices throughout the day.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Trial
- New users receive a 3-day free trial
- Full access to all premium features during trial
- No charge if canceled before trial ends
Premium Subscription
- $0.99 USD per year after free trial
- Unlimited access to all features
- Billed annually through Apple App Store
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access to premium features ends when subscription expires
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your profile.
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
