Introduction

Capsulore helps you discover clothing ideas, save a local closet, build outfit sets and maintain a wishlist. AI processing, optional usage analytics, notifications and advertising tracking have separate controls.

Local wardrobe records

Style selections, closet items, generated images, outfits, wishlist and profile preferences are stored on your device. Device backups may include these records. Sharing sends selected content to the destination you choose. Local deletion does not remove exports or backups.

Optional AI processing

With AI Data Usage consent, selected archetypes, clothing descriptions and style preferences such as gender presentation, budget and lifestyle are sent through Point’s AI service. OpenAI generates clothing recommendations; Fal processes image requests using OpenAI image models. Generated images are downloaded from the returned hosting service.

Consent is checked before each new AI request. You may continue setup without AI consent, and can change it in Settings. Existing local organization remains subject to subscription access. Withdrawal blocks future requests; it does not erase already processed requests.

Suggestions, images and estimated prices can be inaccurate and are not live retail listings. Your wardrobe content and AI requests are not sent as usage analytics.

Optional usage analytics

Product analytics are off until you choose to share. You can decline or change your choice in Privacy choices during onboarding, before payment and in Settings. Usage sharing is independent of AI, purchases, notifications and Apple tracking permission.

If enabled, Point uses PostHog for bounded lifecycle, onboarding, discovery, closet and outfit workflow stages, paywall interactions and purchase outcomes. Events include an anonymous installation identifier and app/version/platform context. Closet and outfit completion require successful local persistence.

Analytics exclude wardrobe items, images, style preferences, archetypes, budget values, outfit names, user-entered text, prompts, generated content, names, email, transaction identifiers and raw errors. Session replay and automatic content capture are disabled.

Withdrawal stops future product analytics and clears pending local events, without retroactively erasing received events.

Advertising measurement

With Apple tracking authorization, Meta and TikTok may receive app activity, advertising/device identifiers and purchase information for advertising measurement. Denying tracking does not block app features. Manage tracking in iOS Settings. SDK diagnostics may include crash and other diagnostic information.

Subscriptions, support and discovery

Apple processes subscriptions and payment details and determines introductory-offer eligibility. Capsulore reads products and entitlements; Hatching Point does not receive payment-card details.

Feedback you submit, optional email and app/device context go to Point’s support service on Convex. Include only information you want to send. More Apps requests public App Store information from Apple.

Network services receive IP addresses and request metadata needed to operate and secure their services.

Controls and retention

Manage usage sharing in Privacy choices and AI consent in Settings. Manage notifications and advertising tracking in iOS Settings. Uninstalling removes the local app container; device backups and exports are separate.

Service data is retained as needed to provide, support and secure services and meet legal obligations. Recipient services control retention of information sent to them. Contact inquiry@hatchingpoint.com for privacy questions or requests; anonymous analytics may not be attributable to a named person.

Children and updates

Capsulore is not directed at children under 13. Policy changes are reflected in the updated date.
