Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using ContactExport+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

Description of Service

ContactExport+ lets you export iPhone contacts as CSV or vCard files, preview CSV exports, save exported files to an on-device backup vault, review contact health information, detect likely duplicate contacts, track export history, and set optional backup reminders.

Use License

Hatching Point grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ContactExport+ for personal or internal business purposes subject to these Terms.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • You may not transfer your license to anyone else
  • You may not resell contact export services using the app without our written permission

Purchases and Payments

ContactExport+ offers premium features through auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime unlock purchase. Trials may be available for eligible users.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • A lifetime unlock option is available as a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple under App Store policies

Contact Data

ContactExport+ requires access to your device contacts to provide its core functionality. You retain full ownership of your contact data at all times. The app processes contacts locally — including export generation, duplicate detection, and contact health analysis — and does not store, copy, or transmit your contacts to our servers. Exported files are created from the data on your device and are only shared outside the app when you explicitly choose to do so through iOS.

Export Files, History, and Notifications

ContactExport+ can save exported CSV and vCard files locally in the app's backup vault and stores a local record of your export history, including date, format, contact count, file size, and contact health summary. You are responsible for reviewing, storing, sharing, importing, deleting, and backing up any export files you create. If you opt in, the app may send scheduled backup reminder notifications. You can change or disable reminders at any time.

Feedback and Support

If you submit feedback or contact support, you are responsible for the information you include. Do not send sensitive contact exports or confidential contact data in support requests unless we specifically ask for it and you choose to provide it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Export files are generated based on the data available in your device contacts — we are not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, duplicate, or improperly formatted contact data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatching Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
