Introduction

Hatching Point ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Daywin Buddy mobile application.

Information We Collect

Optional Usage Data: If you choose Share usage & continue, PostHog processes bounded events about onboarding steps, saving a goal by horizon category, successfully completing a daily win, opening progress, reminder permission outcomes, subscription interactions, and error categories. Events include anonymous installation/session identifiers, app version, build and platform. Usage events exclude goal text, daily-win text, journal entries, exact completion times, reminder content or schedules, support messages, email addresses, transaction IDs and raw errors. Automatic screen capture and session replay are disabled.
Purchase Information: Subscription status (processed by Apple, we don't see payment details)
Support: Feedback you choose to send can include your message, optional contact details, and app/device diagnostics needed to respond. Support is separate from optional usage analytics.
Advertising Measurement: Where configured and authorized through Apple's separate tracking permission, Meta and TikTok may receive app activity, purchase signals, and device or advertising identifiers to measure ads. Declining tracking does not prevent app access. Apple's privacy-preserving attribution can operate without cross-app tracking permission.

Optional advertising measurement

Some Hatching Point apps include Meta's SDK in a disabled state. It initializes only when measurement is enabled for that app and you authorize tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. When enabled, device identifiers, product interactions, and verified purchase event details such as value and currency may be shared with Meta for advertising measurement and analytics. Payment-card details are never shared. You can deny the request or revoke permission later in iOS Settings.
