How do I set up my DoorDot?

Open the app, tap "Add a Dot," name it, and write the link to an NFC sticker using the built-in writer. You can also print the QR code as an alternative.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled in Settings > DoorDot. Also ensure you're signed into iCloud and have an active internet connection.

Can I use DoorDot without NFC?

Yes โ€” every Dot has a QR code and a shareable link that visitors can use instead of tapping an NFC tag.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DoorDot, and tap Cancel. You'll keep premium features until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual Dots from the Settings screen in the app. To request complete account data deletion, email support@hatchingpoint.com.
