Common Questions

  • How do I restore my purchase?
    Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases"
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Duskpad → Cancel
  • What does the AI summary do?
    Tap "End of Day" and the app sends your notes to OpenAI to generate key themes, action items, and a mood analysis. You must consent to the AI data disclosure before this feature becomes active.
  • Is my data private?
    Your notes are stored locally on your device. When you use AI features, only the text you enter is sent to OpenAI for processing — no personal information (name, email, Apple ID) is shared. You can revoke AI consent at any time in Settings.
  • Is my data backed up?
    Your data is stored locally on your device. Enable iCloud backup to preserve your data.
