About this policy
Hatching Point operates Fleeter, including Fleeter Ads Control, a workspace for brand context, content creation, scheduling, advertising, and performance reporting. This policy covers information processed through Fleeter on Mac, mobile companion devices, and its configured services. It does not replace the privacy policies of the individual products advertised through Fleeter.
Information processed
Fleeter processes the brand and product information you provide, uploaded images and videos, prompts, generated content, workflow settings, schedules, and campaign configuration. Connected services may supply account and business identifiers, account names, Page and Instagram profile information, authorized publishing history, delivery status, and advertising metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and reported conversions. Fleeter also processes connection credentials and operational records such as job status, errors, and audit events. If you contact us, we receive the contact information and message you provide.
How information is used
We use this information to connect accounts you authorize, provide brand context, generate content, publish and schedule content under your settings, create and manage advertising campaigns, report results, troubleshoot failures, secure access, and respond to support or privacy requests. Connected-account data is used for these workspace functions, not to create unrelated personal profiles.
Meta connections and advertising
When authorized, Fleeter Ads Control accesses the Meta business assets available to the connected account, such as ad accounts, Facebook Pages, and associated Instagram accounts. It uses the permissions granted to read asset information, upload creative, manage ads, and retrieve reporting. Ad creative, copy, destinations, audience settings, and campaign settings are transmitted to Meta when the workspace submits them. Meta processes that information under its own policies. Fleeter does not need your Facebook password; access is provided through authorized credentials. Publishing an app or connecting an account does not itself launch an ad.
Other service providers and content sharing
Depending on the features and connections configured, Fleeter sends relevant content and instructions to services such as OpenAI or fal for generation, Post Bridge for publishing, and Meta, TikTok, or Apple Ads for advertising and reporting. Selected brand context and reference assets may be included in generation requests. Only use content you are authorized to share. Media submitted for publication or advertising may be made available through a provider-accessible delivery URL. Published posts and ads become visible to their intended audiences. Provider processing and retention are also governed by each provider’s policies.
Storage and access
Workspace records and media are stored on the computer or service configured as the workspace authority. A mobile companion or another connected computer can access that authority; some clients retain limited cached information. The location and accessibility of that service depend on the workspace deployment. Credentials are handled through configured credential storage, including protected configuration or operating-system credential storage. Access is restricted through workspace authentication and provider permissions. No storage or network system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
Workspace content, schedules, provider identifiers, reporting, and operational history may remain in the workspace until removed by its operator or through a deletion request. Information needed for security, resolving disputes, or applicable legal obligations may be retained for those purposes. Copies already held by an advertising, publishing, generation, or hosting provider follow that provider’s retention practices. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete existing workspace records or previously published posts and ads.
Your choices and data deletion
You can stop workflows and disconnect or revoke connected-service access using the workspace and the provider’s account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Hatching Point or Fleeter, email inquiry@hatchingpoint.com with the subject “Fleeter privacy request.” Identify the workspace, connected account or Page, and the information you want removed. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may request information needed to verify your authority over the data. We will review the request, arrange removal of applicable records and credentials we control, and explain any information that must be retained. For a self-managed workspace, its operator must also remove applicable local records and copies; we can help identify the steps. To remove an existing public post or ad, request that explicitly or remove it through the relevant provider. Revoking Meta access alone does not delete those posts or ads.
Children and sensitive information
Fleeter is a brand and business workspace, not a service directed to children. Do not upload sensitive personal information or information about children unless you have an appropriate basis and authorization for the intended processing and sharing.
