Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using InvestorRiskAssessor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

Use License

Hatching Point grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use InvestorRiskAssessor for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• You may not transfer your license to anyone else

Subscriptions and Payments

InvestorRiskAssessor offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

AI-Powered Features

InvestorRiskAssessor uses artificial intelligence provided by OpenAI to generate due diligence risk assessments. When you use the assessment feature, the company information you enter (company name, industry, stage, website, and notes) is sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. By consenting to AI data sharing within the app, you acknowledge and agree that this data will be transmitted to OpenAI. You may withdraw consent at any time from Settings.

AI-generated assessments are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide app functionality, including transmitting assessment data to OpenAI for AI-powered analysis as described above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated risk assessments are based on the information you provide and general knowledge, and may not reflect current or complete information about any company.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatching Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
