# NoGhost Privacy Policy Update Publish the following content at the App Store privacy-policy URL before submitting build 5: `https://hatchingpoint.com/ghosted-simulator/privacypolicy` Last updated: July 18, 2026 ## Information We Collect and How We Collect It NoGhost collects information that you enter, upload, select, or create while using the app. This may include your profile name, age, location, work or school, bio, prompt answers, interests, dating preferences, profile photos, chat messages, completed practice runs, and replay history. Purchase status is provided by Apple; Hatching Point does not receive your payment-card details. Profile, conversation, and progress information is stored locally on your device so NoGhost can provide your profile, simulated conversations, coaching, photo tools, and progress between sessions. Hatching Point does not maintain its own server-side copy of this content. ## How We Use Information We use the information you provide to: - Display and save your profile and preferences. - Provide simulated dating conversations and reply timing. - Generate replay coaching and optional profile reviews. - Generate optional profile-photo improvements. - Restore app progress and purchase entitlements. - Respond to support requests when you contact us. ## Third-Party AI Data Sharing NoGhost does not send personal data to an AI provider unless you first tap **Allow AI Data Sharing** in the app. You may choose **Don't Allow** and continue using portions of the app that do not require an AI request. You may revoke consent at any time in Settings; revocation blocks all future AI requests unless you grant consent again. ### OpenAI, L.L.C. OpenAI provides simulated chat replies, replay coaching, and optional profile reviews. - For simulated conversations and replay coaching, NoGhost sends your chat messages and conversation history, selected practice goals, and the fictional scenario and match context needed to create the requested result. - Only when you request a profile review, NoGhost also sends the profile information you entered—such as your name, age, location, work or school, bio, prompt answers, interests, and dating preferences—and the profile photos you chose to upload for review. OpenAI receives this data only after you grant consent and initiate the relevant AI feature. OpenAI processes it to return the requested result under its privacy and API data-protection terms. OpenAI's privacy policy is available at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/. ### FAL.ai, Inc. FAL.ai provides the optional profile-photo improvement feature. Only when you request a photo improvement, NoGhost sends the profile photo you selected, relevant profile text and preferences used to guide the edit, the selected edit mode, and any edit instruction you entered. FAL.ai receives this data only after you grant consent and initiate the photo improvement. FAL.ai processes it to return the requested edited image under its privacy and data-protection terms. FAL.ai's privacy policy is available at https://fal.ai/privacy. NoGhost does not send your Apple ID, payment or subscription details, contacts, precise device location, or unrelated device data to OpenAI or FAL.ai. ## Other Third-Party Services Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions and provides NoGhost with entitlement status. Hatching Point does not receive your full payment-card information. Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's processing. ## Data Storage and Security Information stored by NoGhost remains locally on your device. Data sent to OpenAI or FAL.ai for a feature you request is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Each provider is required to handle data under protections that are the same as or equivalent to those described in this policy and its applicable privacy terms. ## Your Choices You can review or revoke AI data-sharing consent in NoGhost under Settings > AI Data Sharing. You can edit or remove profile content and photos in the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data, subject to iOS backup behavior controlled by Apple.
