Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using QuickScanPDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

Use License

Hatching Point grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuickScanPDF for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • You may not transfer your license to anyone else

Subscriptions and Payments

QuickScanPDF offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Premium removes the export watermark and unlocks unlimited use.

  • Monthly Premium: $2.99/month with a 7-day free trial
  • Yearly Premium: $19.99/year with a 7-day free trial
  • Prices listed in USD; equivalent prices apply in other currencies as set by the App Store
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide app functionality.

On-Device Processing

QuickScanPDF processes your scans entirely on your device using Apple's Vision and Core Image frameworks for edge detection, perspective correction, and image cleanup. We do not send your photos, scans, or PDFs to any server, AI service, or third party. There is no cloud account, no upload, no syncing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatching Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
