Information Collection and Use - Name: App Functionality; linked to you - Email Address: App Functionality; linked to you - Coarse Location: App Functionality; linked to you - Photos or Videos: App Functionality; linked to you - Other User Content: App Functionality; linked to you - User ID: App Functionality; linked to you - Purchase History: App Functionality; linked to you - Customer Support: App Functionality; linked to you Reality Designers uses this information to authenticate you, operate memberships, display the profile and contributions you choose to share, provide the member map using broad location, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain app reliability. The app does not request or display precise location and does not use this information to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Service Providers Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage services. Apple processes App Store purchases and may provide purchase status. Stripe processes purchases made on the Reality Designers website. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Public and Member Content Profile fields, projects, posts, replies, and broad location may be visible to other members or publicly according to the visibility you select. Reports and blocks are used for community safety and are not displayed as public content. Data Control You can edit your profile and visibility in the app. You can permanently delete your Reality Designers account from You → Privacy & settings → Delete account and data. Account deletion removes your sign-in, profile, projects, posts, replies, Compass data, and profile photo from active Reality Designers systems. Deleting the app alone does not delete your hosted account. Deleting a Reality Designers account does not cancel an Apple subscription or a website membership. Apple subscriptions must be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings, and website memberships must be managed through the Reality Designers website. Payment processors may retain transaction records as required for financial, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. Retention and Safety Information is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Limited records may be retained where reasonably required for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
