Transcription Issues

Make sure you've granted microphone and speech recognition permissions in your iPhone Settings. For best results, speak clearly and minimize background noise.

Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel or modify your subscription, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Free Tier Limits

Free users get 60 minutes of transcription per month. Your usage resets on the 1st of each month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited transcription.

Data & Privacy

All your recordings are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your recordings. To delete data, swipe left on any conversation or uninstall the app.
