# SalonAdMaker Privacy Policy Last updated: September 25, 2026 Hatching Point LLC operates SalonAdMaker. Contact inquiry@hatchingpoint.com with privacy questions. ## App data and purchases SalonAdMaker uses the profile and business details, selected services, prices, promotional text and photos you provide to create promotional graphics. Saved profiles and promotions are stored on your device. Apple processes subscriptions and provides purchase and entitlement information; Hatching Point does not receive your payment-card details. ## Optional AI processing AI requests require the separate AI data-sharing consent shown in the app. OpenAI processes the selected service, price, offer text and relevant promotional context to generate headlines, offers, captions and hashtags. FAL.ai processes generation instructions and, when you request a photo edit, the selected photo to generate or edit promotional images. These requests use the app's AI service infrastructure to reach the relevant provider. You can decline AI sharing or revoke it in Settings. No new AI request is made without consent. Content already sent is subject to the provider's processing and retention terms. Review the providers' policies at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/ and https://fal.ai/privacy. AI requests use HTTPS. ## Optional usage analytics If you choose to share usage, PointAnalytics uses PostHog to measure onboarding, feature availability, feature use, accepted completions, purchase outcomes and bounded error categories. Usage events exclude your name, business details, service and price text, promotional copy, photos, AI prompts and responses, support messages and transaction identifiers. You can decline usage sharing and continue, or change it later under Privacy choices in Settings or the subscription paywall. Usage sharing is separate from AI consent and Apple's tracking permission. ## Advertising measurement Apple's tracking permission separately controls Meta and TikTok advertising measurement. With authorization, device identifiers, product interactions and purchase events may be processed for advertising attribution and measurement. This advertising tracking remains disabled without authorization. ## Support and diagnostics When you submit feedback, your submitted email address and message, together with diagnostic context, are processed to respond to your request. Diagnostic information may also be processed to support app functionality and reliability. Optional usage analytics does not include the contents of support requests. ## Your choices and storage You can edit local business information and delete saved app data. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to Apple-managed backup behavior. Local deletion does not automatically remove information previously submitted to support or an external processing service. Contact us with questions about previously submitted data. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. ## Children SalonAdMaker is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Optional advertising measurement

Some Hatching Point apps include Meta's SDK in a disabled state. It initializes only when measurement is enabled for that app and you authorize tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. When enabled, device identifiers, product interactions, and verified purchase event details such as value and currency may be shared with Meta for advertising measurement and analytics. Payment-card details are never shared. You can deny the request or revoke permission later in iOS Settings.
