- We do NOT collect your precise location data

Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
- Most of your data (names, birthdays, notes, analyses) is stored locally on your device using Core Data
- This data is not automatically synced to our servers
- If you delete the App, this local data is permanently deleted
Cloud Services
- OpenAI API: When you use AI chat features, your questions and the person's archetype data are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses.
- RevenueCat: Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat, which processes purchase data according to their privacy policy.
- Apple App Store: Payment processing is handled by Apple according to their privacy policy.
Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures including data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure API communications, regular security audits, and limited data retention policies. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Third-Party Services
- OpenAI: Used to generate personalized relationship advice. Data shared includes person's archetype information and your questions.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. Data shared includes purchase history and subscription status.
- Apple App Store: Used for payment processing. Data shared includes payment information and purchase history.
Your Data Rights
Access and Portability
- You can view all your saved data within the App
- Contact us to request a copy of your data
Correction
- You can edit or update your information directly in the App
Deletion
- You can delete individual profiles or all data within the App
- Contact us at support@hatchingpoint.com to request complete account deletion
- Deleting the App removes all locally stored data
Opt-Out
- You can opt out of analytics by disabling tracking in your device settings
- You can unsubscribe from promotional emails (if any)
Children's Privacy
Synara is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

- Inactive Accounts: Local data remains on your device until you delete the App

- Analytics Data: Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
