Scope

These Terms apply to use of Hatching Point's TikTok Developer API integration. This integration is intended for business content operations, including publishing approved posts to Hatching Point TikTok accounts and reviewing account-level analytics where permission is granted.

Permitted Use

• Schedule and publish short-form video content to authorized company accounts.
• Retrieve performance metrics for campaign reporting and optimization.
• Manage content operations for internal business purposes only.

Prohibited Use

• No spam, deceptive practices, or manipulation of engagement metrics.
• No unlawful or policy-violating content distribution.
• No resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized sharing of TikTok API access.

Access and Security

API access tokens and credentials are treated as confidential and stored securely. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and permissions are removed when no longer required.

Third-Party Platform Rules

Use of the integration must comply with TikTok Developer policies, platform rules, and applicable law. If those requirements conflict with these Terms, TikTok's platform requirements control for API usage.

The integration is provided "as is." Availability, API behavior, and feature set may change based on TikTok platform updates, rate limits, or operational constraints.

Changes to Terms

Hatching Point may update these Terms as needed to reflect legal, operational, or platform changes. Continued use of the integration after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
