Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. You may also sign in using Sign in with Apple, in which case we receive the information you authorize Apple to share.

• Booking confirmations and travel documents you import via photos
• Cost and expense data you enter or import
• User preferences and profile information

Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (model, operating system version)
• Crash reports and performance data (if enabled)

Data Storage and Cloud Sync

When you create an account and sign in, your trip data is synced to our cloud service (powered by Supabase) to enable features like trip collaboration and cross-device access. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

If you use the App without signing in, your data is stored locally on your device only.

Third-Party Services

OpenAI

We use OpenAI's API to power our AI features, including booking extraction from photos and trip summaries. When you use AI features, relevant trip data is sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not send personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the AI features to function. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy.

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication and cloud data storage. When you sign in, your account and trip data is stored in Supabase's secure infrastructure. Supabase's privacy practices apply to data they process.

Apple Services

The App uses Apple's StoreKit for subscription and in-app purchase management. Apple's privacy practices apply to any data they collect through these services.

Trip Collaboration

Pro+ subscribers can share trips with other users. When you share a trip, the invited user can view and edit the trip's itinerary, costs, and other details. You control who has access to your shared trips and can revoke access at any time.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can delete your data at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
