Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Travel Agent AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Hatching Point LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Travel Agent AI is a travel planning application that helps users organize trips, import booking confirmations via photos, track travel costs, and receive AI-powered trip insights. The App uses artificial intelligence to extract information from booking confirmations and generate trip summaries.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Tier

The free version includes core trip planning, manual booking entry, basic cost tracking, deterministic trip alerts, offline access, iCloud backup, and two Smart Imports per calendar month.

Pro Subscription

Pro includes everything in Free, plus expanded Smart Import access, AI trip insights and packing support, trip collaboration, complete category breakdowns, and budget targets. Reasonable service-level abuse and safety limits apply to AI requests on every tier.

• Pro Monthly: $3.99/month
• Pro Yearly: $29.99/year

Eligible customers may be offered a 7-day introductory trial. Eligibility, duration, price, and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase; not every customer is eligible. App Store pricing is authoritative and may vary by storefront.

Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App uses artificial intelligence to extract booking information from photos and generate trip summaries. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-extracted information may contain inaccuracies or errors
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for verifying all extracted booking details
• Always confirm dates, times, confirmation codes, and other details with the original booking source
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from reliance on AI-parsed information

5. User Accounts and Collaboration

Local trips are backed up through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. You may additionally create a Travel Agent AI account for AI and collaboration features. Only trips you choose to share are synchronized to our collaboration service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

When using trip collaboration features, you are responsible for the content you share and who you invite to collaborate. We are not responsible for actions taken by collaborators you invite.

You can delete local device data or permanently delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes trips you own from our active collaboration service. Content you contributed to a trip owned by someone else may remain with that trip after your creator reference is removed; remove it before deleting your account if you do not want it to remain.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Verify all travel information independently before making decisions
• Take responsibility for all travel decisions you make

You may not use the App to:

• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the App's security
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

• Share your account or subscription with others outside of authorized collaboration features

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Hatching Point LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App (trip data, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-extracted information should always be verified against original sources.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hatching Point LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
