1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Travel Agent AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Hatching Point LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Travel Agent AI is a travel planning application that helps users organize trips, import booking confirmations via photos, track travel costs, and receive AI-powered trip insights. The App uses artificial intelligence to extract information from booking confirmations and generate trip summaries.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Tier

The free version includes: 1 trip, 1 AI scan per month, and up to 10 cost items.

Pro Subscription

Pro unlocks unlimited trips, 5 AI scans per month, unlimited cost tracking, budget targets, and data export.

  • Pro Monthly: $4.99/month (3-day free trial)
  • Pro Yearly: $39.99/year (7-day free trial, 33% savings)

Pro+ Subscription

Pro+ includes everything in Pro, plus 10 AI scans per month, trip collaboration and sharing, premium insights, and priority alerts.

  • Pro+ Monthly: $7.99/month (7-day free trial)
  • Pro+ Yearly: $59.99/year (7-day free trial, 37% savings)

AI Scan Credits

Need more AI scans? Purchase credit packs that never expire:

Subscription Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App uses artificial intelligence to extract booking information from photos and generate trip summaries. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-extracted information may contain inaccuracies or errors
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for verifying all extracted booking details
  • Always confirm dates, times, confirmation codes, and other details with the original booking source
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from reliance on AI-parsed information

5. User Accounts and Collaboration

You may create an account to sync your data across devices and access collaboration features (Pro+). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

When using trip collaboration features, you are responsible for the content you share and who you invite to collaborate. We are not responsible for actions taken by collaborators you invite.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the App
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
  • Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
  • Verify all travel information independently before making decisions
  • Take responsibility for all travel decisions you make

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to:

  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the App's security
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity
  • Share your account or subscription with others outside of authorized collaboration features

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Hatching Point LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App (trip data, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HATCHING POINT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages resulting from reliance on AI-extracted or AI-generated content
  • Any damages resulting from travel decisions made based on App content
  • Any issues arising from third-party services or links

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-extracted information should always be verified against original sources.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hatching Point LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may stop using the App at any time. To cancel a subscription, use Apple's subscription management in your device settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
