Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Trip Concierge AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

Use License

Hatching Point grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Trip Concierge AI for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• You may not transfer your license to anyone else

Subscriptions and Payments

Trip Concierge AI offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide app functionality.

Third-Party AI Services

Trip Concierge AI uses the third-party AI providers identified in its Privacy Policy. By using AI features in the app, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Depending on the feature you request, user-submitted text, profile fields, selected photos, and relevant in-app context may be sent to the provider identified in the Privacy Policy solely to return the requested result.
• No AI request is sent until the app shows its data-sharing disclosure and you explicitly allow AI data sharing.
• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs.
• Each provider's terms and privacy policy apply to the data it processes. The app's Privacy Policy identifies the providers, data categories, purposes, and controls applicable to each feature.
• AI features are optional. You may decline or revoke consent in Settings; future AI requests remain blocked unless you grant consent again.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatching Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
