Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Wanko Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

Use License

Hatching Point grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wanko Buddy for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• You may not transfer your license to anyone else

Subscriptions and Payments

Wanko Buddy offers access to its private streak counter, reset timer, check-ins, progress view, discreet settings, and optional reminders through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

User Content

You retain ownership of any streak, reset, check-in, or note content you create within the app. Wanko Buddy stores this content locally on your device to provide app functionality.

No AI Service

Wanko Buddy does not provide AI-generated responses and does not send your streak, reset, check-in, or note content to OpenAI or any other AI service. The app is intended as a simple private streak and urge reset tool.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatching Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
