• Purchase Information: Subscription status (processed by Apple, we don't see payment details)

Third-Party AI Service

Wardrobe Color Harmony uses OpenAI's API (operated by OpenAI, L.L.C.) to provide AI-powered color analysis features. When you use these features:

• Data Sent: The photos and content you submit for analysis (such as wardrobe photos, clothing descriptions, color preferences, style goals, and any custom prompts) are transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing.
• Purpose: To generate AI-powered color analysis, harmony scores, and personalized styling recommendations within the app.
• Provider: OpenAI, L.L.C. (openai.com). OpenAI's privacy policy is available at openai.com/privacy.
• Data Usage: OpenAI processes this data according to their API data usage policy. Data sent via the API is not used to train OpenAI's models.
• Consent: Your explicit consent is required before any data is sent to OpenAI. You can grant or revoke this consent at any time within the app's Settings.
• We do not send your account information (name, email) to OpenAI — only the content you explicitly submit for analysis.

Other Third-Party Services

• Apple: Payment processing and subscription management through the App Store.

Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device.
• No Cloud Backup by Us: We do not maintain copies of your personal data on our servers. Content is transmitted to OpenAI only when you initiate an analysis.
• Encryption: All data transmitted uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

Your Rights

• Access: View all data stored in the app
• Delete: You can delete all your data at any time through the Settings menu in the app
• Revoke AI Consent: You can revoke AI data sharing consent at any time in Settings
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data
• Cancel: Cancel subscription through App Store

Children's Privacy

Wardrobe Color Harmony is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
