Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Wardrobe Color Harmony, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

Use License

Hatching Point grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wardrobe Color Harmony for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• You may not transfer your license to anyone else

Subscriptions and Payments

Wardrobe Color Harmony offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

AI-Powered Features and Data Sharing

Wardrobe Color Harmony uses OpenAI's API to provide AI-powered color analysis and styling features. When you use these features, the content you submit (such as photos, clothing descriptions, color preferences, and style goals) is sent to OpenAI, L.L.C. for processing. You must consent to this data sharing before using AI-powered features. You may revoke consent at any time in Settings, which will disable AI analysis features. AI-generated styling advice and color recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional fashion advice.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide app functionality.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated color analysis and styling recommendations may not always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatching Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
