How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Here you can view, change, or cancel your Cloque subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find and tap "Cloque"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
Is my data backed up?
Your Cloque data is stored locally on your device. It will be included in your iCloud or iTunes backups if you have those enabled. We recommend keeping backups enabled for important documentation.
How does stealth mode work?
Triple-tap anywhere on the screen to instantly hide Cloque and display a black screen. Triple-tap again to return to the app.
Why isn't voice transcription working?
Ensure you've granted microphone and speech recognition permissions in Settings → Cloque. Also check that you have an internet connection, as Apple's speech recognition may require it for some languages.
Why isn't location showing on my notes?
Ensure you've granted location permissions in Settings → Cloque. Select "While Using the App" for best results. GPS accuracy depends on your environment and device.
How do I export my notes?
Open a note and tap the share button to export individual notes. For case exports, open the case and use the export option to generate a report of all notes in that case.
